By completing a purchase, you certify that you are legally eligible to own and receive the items you’ve ordered.
Shipping Details All items are shipped at the current rate, which is included in your purchase price at checkout. Firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. During checkout, you must select or provide the receiving FFL dealer’s information. Accessories and non-firearm items can be shipped directly to your address.
Returns and Cancellations All sales are final for firearms, ammunition, and related products. We do not accept returns or exchanges once your order has been processed and shipped. If a firearm is returned to us for reasons outside of Tiger Firearms’ control (e.g., failed background check, non-compliance with local laws, refusal by receiving FFL, etc.), the following applies: A 35% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund; Shipping and Handling costs are non-refundable; Return Shipping is the buyer’s responsibility; If the receiving dealer requests a return label from us; the cost will be deducted from your refund; Shipping for returns should be tracked and insured; Customers are responsible for shipping costs and any lost or damaged items in transit. Defective Products & Warranty Claims For manufacturer defects, please contact the manufacturer directly under their warranty terms. If you experience difficulty reaching the manufacturer, contact us and we will assist in connecting you.
USED FIREARMS Descriptions for used firearms are based on actual items and marked accordingly. All used firearms are sold as-is, with no warranty expressed or implied. Sales of used items are final. Photos are provided when available.
GENERAL FIREARM SALES Firearms, magazines, and restricted items are sold according to federal, state, and local laws. Firearms are shipped only to licensed FFL dealers. Customers should check local laws before ordering. New firearms include manufacturer’s packaging, accessories, warranty, and are subject to manufacturer’s warranty policies.

ORDER FULFILLMENT Orders are generally shipped within 3-10 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, with tracking for UPS and FedEx shipments. Special orders must be picked up within 90 days, or they will be considered abandoned.
